  • New Feature
    • Secondary Display Management
      • There is a folder in Web Application \AnimoRETAIL\SharedFiles\SecondaryDisplay
      • The contents (Media e.g. image and video) which is placed in this folder can be synced to POS Machines
      • This content will be displayed on secondary display interface.
    • Sign Up Discount Coupon
      • A new discount coupon type is introduced which cashier can apply if signup discount policy is enabled, this helps a customer to get discount on their first purchase.
    • Coupon Print Promotion –
      • Create a Discount Coupon (Type Print Coupon)
      • Create a Promotion, Document Level, Purchase X Amount and get discount on your next purchase
      • System will print a coupon after printing of POS Bill
    • Advance Coupon Promotion –
      • Create a Discount Coupon (Type Promotion)
      • Create a Promotion, Document Level, Purchase X Amount and get discount on your next purchase
      • After saving the bill a coupon will be saved and synced to Head Office
      • Cashier can redeem this coupon in tender interface of POS Billing
    • Return Restriction
      • If enabled tender comes from original bill mode of payment
      • It comes in a predefined sequence e.g. Loyalty Points, Coupon, Voucher, Mada, Tabby, Tamara, Wallet, Card,  Bank, Cash
      • In case of partial return above sequence will be applicable
      • Loyalty Points Tender cannot be changed by a user
      • For other mode of payment changes such as to change from card to cash or vice versa user need authentication
    • Item Image Sync feature has been enabled
  • Enhancement
    • Manage Multiple Prices for an item option is available without managing batch or expiry of an item, if item property is enabled and multiple sale price is defined for an item which is active, cashier has to choose the correct item at time of billing.
    • Apply Promo / Proceed button is not required in POS Billing
    • Easy Customer Search through mobile no text box on main interface of POS Billing
    • Customer History option is provided to see the previous transactions made by customer, there are two modes local and cloud
    • Print Bill option provided in Customer History
    • Without scanning of item stock check was not working, which is fixed now
    • Now POS will not check Customer Selection mandatory while scanning of an item but it checks it while opening tender button.
    • Counter Handover is having two fields now, Deposit and Balance Left
    • Coupon to be applied on selected item / assortment
    • Excel Upload Functionality is provided in Item Assortment
    • Bill No search text box is provided in reprint bill function in POS Billing
    • Creating a return with reference, item selection is user friendly now, earlier user has to select row then click on text box, now user can simply click on the line
    • Centralize Stock Check, a new feature introduced which enables user to use stock check even if central server is not being connect, it gives up to 99% accurate stock, this feature enables to sync stock of central server to all stores on a regular interval
    • #282 – Restrict tender at time of return to original mode of payment, in case of partial return it gives priority to Loyalty Points then Tabby/Tamara then card & wallet and in last it will be cash. User cannot change value Loyalty Points, also cannot remove any mode of payment from interface.
      • If this is enabled
        • System auto populates original tender of pos bill
        • In case of partial return tender comes with a preference
          • Loyalty Points (1), Tabby & Tamara (2), Card (3), Wallets (4), Cash(5)
        • Loyalty & Cash cannot be changed by user
        • For other mode of payments user can decrease the amount, this amount will auto increase in cash
      • If this is disabled
        • User Experience remains same as it is
    • #263 – A new preference is added which allow or prevent user to make a return against multiple POS Bills.
    • #271 – Item Search Text box content is dynamic, the values come from a configuration which implementation / support team can configure as per requirement of business.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Promotion Fix, after resolving promotion there was no option to add new items or edit the quantity, this is fixed now
    • After pressing tender button,
      • it is disabling item scan
      • void item not working
    • When editing an item assortment system does not allow to add items but replace items.
    • Check if remarks is not empty while making ad-hoc return was not working,
    • If entered wrong bill no while making return it hangs for few seconds
    • CRM Points data is not being with release of version 2.11.0
    • Scan barcode in item manager was not working for variant items
